Layer un-popped popcorn in a glass cynlinder or tall vase, put in a white or fall colored candle.
Also pretty is layers of various dried beans and lentils for more color.
Serve your snacks in varying heights for more interest. Bring out those cake pedastals or even candle pedestals with a plate on top.
